What you will learn:
Skin anatomy and conditions; Fitzpatrick typing and skin analysis; double cleansing, toning and exfoliation; steaming, warm towels and extractions; facial massage and lymphatic techniques; masks, serums, moisturisers; hygiene, contraindications and consultation records.
Swedish Body Massage

What you will learn:
Musculoskeletal, circulatory and lymphatic anatomy; five Swedish strokes (effleurage, pétrissage, tapotement, friction and vibration); therapist posture and table ergonomics; full-body routine; draping, contraindications, contra-actions and aftercare.
Aromatherapy Massage

Essential-oil botany, classifications and chemistry; carrier oils and dilution; safe storage and contraindications; holistic consultations; targeted neuromuscular and lymphatic pressure; sensory room setup and homecare blends.
